Top 10 of 2010
I give in. I was trying to hold out because who really cares what I like but here ya go. The albums that got the most spins (well digital ones) this year in no specific order:
1. Motion City Soundtrack - My Dinosaur Life: I really feel like this is their best album
2. Neon Trees - Habits: How can you not love this album?
3. Isles and Glaciers - The Hearts of Lonely People: Ok it’s en EP but why has this not shown up on a single list I have seen?!? I played this non-stop for months after it came out, its perfection
4. Wakey!Wakey! - Almost Everything: My favorite discovery of the year, I am obsessed with these guys
5. Honor Bright - Action!Drama!Suspense!: Most underrated pop-punk/alternative/rock whatever genre album of the year, it sounds like old school TBS and it is just a solid album top to bottom
6. My Chemical - Danger Days: The True lives of the Fabulous Killjoys: They’re back and it is great
7. Bruno Mars - Doo-Wops & Hooligans: You can not deny this guys talent from top to bottom, producer, drummer, guitarist and singer and his bringing back Doo-Wop, my fav
8. River Ciy Extension - The Unmistakable Man: These guys are about to blow up, mark my words
9. Jimmy Eat World - Invented: This needs no explanation
10. Foxy Shazam - Foxy Shazam: Best live act, great music and a just all around solid album
